Point To Point

This is our most economical service and provides airport shuttle transportation directly from the Bozeman Airport to the most popular destinations in Big Sky, West Yellowstone and Mammoth Hot Springs. During the winter season we offer a daily scheduled service to these locations. Point-to-Point serves: the Huntley Lodge/Shoshone Condos, Summit Hotel & Condos, Arrowhead Condos (with Summit check-in only), River Rock Lodge, Whitewater Inn and Buck’s T-4 in Big Sky, all motels in the city of West Yellowstone and all motels in Gardiner and the Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel. Grocery stops are not available on our point-to-point service (see door-to door service below).

Door To Door

This service is for those staying at condos, cabins and private residences as well as all locations not listed above on our point-to-point service. During the winter season we depart the airport and Big Sky at the same times listed for point-to-point. Grocery stops for pre faxed grocery orders (see Grocery Stops below) are available on this service only.

Day Trip from Big Sky to West Yellowstone

With Yellowstone National Park only one hour from Big Sky you have a great opportunity to enjoy the beauty of our first national park in its winter splendor by snowmobile, snowcoach or snovan. Karst Stage offers a daily shuttle to West Yellowstone with van pick-ups at condos, private homes and cabins at 6:30am. You will be transferred to our motorcoach at the Huntley for a 7:00am departure. In addition we pick-up at: the Summit, Mountain Inn, River Rock Lodge, Whitewater Inn and Buck’s T-4. Your return shuttle will pick-up between 5:00-5:30pm for your return to Big Sky.

If you’re making shuttle reservations to/from Big Sky on our website and you want to include a day trip shuttle use the “Comment Box” at the end of the reservation form to tell us the day, pick-up location, number in your party and the snowmobile, snowcoach, or snovan shop to drop you at in West Yellowstone. We will be happy to provide recommendations on request.

Airport Shuttle

Planning an event for your group where you need your own van or mini-bus for the day? Karst Stage offers charter shuttle service for smaller to mid-sized groups. Our shuttle service specializes to catering to the needs of groups for weddings, snowmobile and ski groups, sightseeing and photography tours, farm and ranch tours, family reunions and bachelor and bachelorette parties.

Grocery Stops

We will be happy to stop for grocery orders that have been faxed prior to arrival and for customers on our door-to-door service.

We will stop at Lee & Dad’s IGA in Belgrade to pick-up grocery orders that were faxed prior to arrival. Our shuttle schedules don’t allow for customers to shop for groceries (unless a small group charters a van) but we will be happy to stop to pick-up orders placed by fax 2-3 days prior to arrival. Beer and wine are available at the grocery store.

Please fax your order two or three days before you arrive. Your fax should include the date and time you will pick-up your order and a phone number where you can be reached during the day. The pick-up time will usually be about 10 minutes after our scheduled departure time from the airport. If the brand you request is not available in Montana they will substitute a comparable brand. You should include size and quantity for each item you order.

About 15- 20 minutes after faxing your order call (406) 388-4116 to confirm receipt of your order and to clear up any questions they may have about it.

Please tell the Karst Stage agent at their counter when you check-in and your driver that you placed a fax order for groceries and need to stop to pick it up on the way to Big Sky.
